MISSION
Ashcraft Motorsports Racing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunities for young women in motorsports, automotive trades, athletics, and their communities. Through mentorship programs, educational workshops, hands-on experiences, scholarships, and community initiatives, we provide the tools, resources, and support necessary for young women to pursue their passions and achieve their goals.
Our community projects, including Ladies in Focus, a photography initiative designed to support and showcase local female athletes, help increase visibility, celebrate achievements, and inspire the next generation of women to chase their dreams. By creating opportunities both on and off the track, we strive to break barriers, build confidence, preserve meaningful moments, and foster a positive, supportive environment where young women can grow, lead, and succeed.
Through our programs and partnerships, Ashcraft Motorsports Racing is committed to empowering the next generation to break barriers, pursue new opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth and success of their communities.
