Ashcraft Motorsports Racing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunities for young women in motorsports and automotive trades. Through tailored mentorship programs, educational workshops, and hands-on experiences, we help provide the tools and support necessary for aspiring female professionals to excel in the industry. By fostering a positive and resourceful environment, we empower the next generation to break barriers, achieve their goals, and contribute to the ongoing success.

Through initiatives like Ladies in Focus, we go beyond the track , shining a light on the dedication, talent, and determination that our ladies pour into everything they pursue. Because when we focus on them, the whole world sees what we've always known: these young women are unstoppable
